In the most visited tourist destination in Jihlava and the Vysočina region you can see many rare and interesting animal species. Today, the zoo is home to approximately 280 species of animals. Jihlava Zoo specializes in breeding small and large felines and primates - especially marmosets. No less important are reptiles and amphibians. In recent years, the zoo has been given a completely new face thanks to the construction of many new pavilions and attractive exhibits. In addition to the traditional program, zoo also prepares many events for its visitors.
