We selected the best fresh lean beef tenderloin. We emphasized the distinct taste of the beef with freshly ground pepper. And to fine-tune the taste, we added a pinch of garlic, salt and cane sugar and a drop of the highest quality soy and Worcestershire sauce. We don't use any chemical additives, we just properly marinate and dehydrate.
