Jihlava Zoo
The most visited tourist destination in Jihlava and the Vysočina region offers meeting with rare and interesting animal species. The zoo is home to approximately 280 species of animals these days. The Jihlava Zoo specializes in breeding small and large felines and primates - mainly clawed monkeys. The reptiles and amphibians are equally important. During recent years, the zoo has received a completely new face thanks to the construction of many new pavilions and attractive expositions. It also prepares various events for its visitors in addition to the traditional program.
