Resorbable two-layer membrane Geistlich Bio-Gide is a porcine collagen membrane without artificial fiber cross-linking, which closely resembles human collagen. The natural two-layer structure of the membrane supports reliable bone regeneration and perfect tissue integration thanks to optimal resorption time. Soft tissues heal without scarring and mostly without complications. The membrane adapts quickly in the defect, holds well in it and is strong in tension, does not crack. The barrier function of the membrane lasts 4-6 months.

OSSIX Bone is an ossifying matrix that consists of 20% collagen and 80% hydroxyapatite. It is a porous "spongy" matrix. Over time, the OSSIX Bone matrix is absorbed and it is replaced by new bone as part of the natural healing process. Preclinical studies have shown that 50% or more remain in place after six months.
